A continuation of my last icon tutorial, this one goes more in depth with coloring and proper use of textures. But always remember creativity is key when making these. Avatar Tutorial I
Learn one of my many methods for iconing, and grab the basic techniques for making a good avatar in photoshop! This should help you realize your own unique style using the program. Iconing is such a broad art so this is one great way to get a start on it.~ This tutorial is medium in difficulty. It uses photoshop CS3 but lower versions should work. Remember to use your intuition and just have fun with this one! That always makes a great icon right? XD
