Terms of Service
Below this box are the rules and regulations for using Splatterheart's graphics and resources. Please, take a minute to carfully read them and follow them. Failing to do so may result in a ban from my site, a shameful spot on the wall of shame, and Jessi, her friends, and affiliates hateing you forever and always. Break at your own risk.
Website owner's rules
My brushes, textures, renders, bases, layouts and other resources are linkware. Meaning, you are 100% free to use them, so long as you put a link on your websites credits page.My avatars are the same. If you use them repeatidly, please put a link on the credits page. However, if you only use one once, a link on your update or wherever you used it is fine.
It is only proper to credit my tutorials. If you found any of them helpful, please link on the credits page. Additionally, do not re-write my tutorials and claim them as yours.
Wallpapers are for personal use only. Do not cut the images out to make renders. Do not slice them and make layouts, avatars or signatures. Do not take the background brushing/texturing and convert it to a brush or texture. It is a wallpaper. Respect it for what it is.
And above all, don't be a jerk. These are not your graphics they are mine. Do not claim them as your own. You didn't make them. But if you're still thinking about it I'll say this: I know people. I am on a few comuinities and I know people who are on even more. Don't think just because I lack a domain that you can get away with stealing my hard work. ;) If you do, I'll hunt you down.
Forum/Personal Use
One thing that bothers me about a lot of Terms of Services, is that they seem to assume that everyone has a website. But that's really not the case. Many people just want a nice avatar for their forum account, or just make graphics as a hobby, but do not bother with code. So below are the rules for you people. xD;
The last two website owner's rules apply. Do not rip any of my graphics work or claim it as your own.Avatars and icons are "Referware". Meaning, if anyone ask, point them here.
Brushes, textures, bases, and renders are referware to some extent. The only exception is when a tutorial is written and one of my resources was used. If so, please link me somewhere in the post.
If you use my brushes or textures in a drawing, and send it to DeviantART, Sheezy Art or a similar comunity, please link in the post.
If you post one of my icons, wallpapers or whatever on your myspace or facebook page, a link would be nice, but the referware rule still applys.
The same goes for any other blog with limited page space. However, if it's a wordpress and you have a credits page, the website owners rules apply.
Disclaimer
I hereby decree that I do not own any of the anime, manga, video games or other stock images featured on this site. Go buy their DVDs and games and stuff so they can make money from my free advertising. I DO, however, own the brushes, textures and codes that can be downloaded at this site. (Read above if you haven't.) So in short, I don't own the imagery but I do own the resources. The brushes, textures, codes and tutorials (except the imagery) are copyrighted to Jessi Ray 2008. Jessi doesn't own the anime, manga or games featured on this website. She just loves and respects the wonderful work the artist do. :)
