Affiliation/Link Exchange
Okay, below are the rules for affiliation. Please read them very carefully if you want to be linked on that spot to the left ;).
Also, please take note that the graphic quality and care given to your website and it’s visitors are VERY important if you want affiliation. So don’t apply unless you have some good web design experience, as, I have over 3 years of it (but only have 1 year of being any good xD;). The most important of these rules will be either bold or underlined.
1. No content above PG13, meaning some dirty jokes and such are alowed, but no porn/hentai/yaoi/yuri content! (Shonan/Shojo/Regurlar ai is okay though xD)
2. No stolen content. Everything must be yours, or properly credited!
3. The website must be anime, gaming, graphic design (including celeb and stock images), or all of the beside related. ;)
4. Should update every month or few months and be at least partially alive.
5. Should visit my site, comment on the wordpress or shoutbox whenever you can. But the more often the better! I will do the same. Also, you might want to note,that visiting often is one of the few paths to the honor of siblingship with Splatterheart Graphics.
6. Meet my graphic standard or even better! Please do not apply if you are new to this and think my site is an easy way for you to gain hits! Meaning, your graphics should be just about as good as mine are, and your site should contain quality resouces that people can actually use. If you opened a month ago, and are on freewebs using a premade Iframe, quite bluntly, you’re not getting in unless you can make some very pwnsome graphics! If you want to bost your hits, however; try for link exchange instead.
7. With that said, most Freewebs, Geocities, Tripod, and other add-forcing newbie host are not alowed. Domain or hosted subdomain only please, with few exceptions.
8. Put a text or button link on every page. I will do the same!
9. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE ACCEPTED FOR AFFILIATION, REPLY TO MY STINKING EMAIL! People who don’t reply seem to be more interested in hits, not friendship. :/ Also if you want my MSN, just ask and I would be happy to chat with you. Because affiliation is about friendship, and I want to be friends with all of my afflilates
11. When it says “Light vs. Matsuda!” Type in “Matsuda is the LOVABLE dOrk!!1!” exactly as I have it.
12. I fail at sending rejection emails. If I haven’t replied in 2 weeks you have been rejected.
If I still don’t reply, I’m dead so quit trying! xD (Although, I hope this does not happen!)
Link Exchange Rules

4. I like to keep in touch with my Link Exchangers. It’s not required, but I recommend you do the same.
